Hackmann Lumber & Home Center

I just completed a 700 sf deck resurfacing project using Timber Tech decking and Westbury Railing. I am completely satisfied with both the materials and the service I received from Hackman Lumber. Justin Waechter came out and measured my deck in Bourbon, MO. He brought samples for selection and figured my order. Justin was available several times during the project, by phone, to answer my installation questions. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Hackman Lumber and Justin to anyone building or looking to redo a deck.

Tom Keith and Kelly were wonderful! Very friendly. Quickly help me find exactly what I needed. The store has a wide spectrum of materials, with a small town, local hardware store kind of feel.

Went to pick up one board for a project and the guy in the warehouse took the time to show me multiple options. Treated me no different than if I were picking up a full load. Service was top notch!

Sadly, some of the worst customer service. I've ever experienced in the business ordering. Materials was not dealt within a timely manner. Cautioned me hundreds of dollars. Completely unprofessional, and the unresponsive would not recommend

We had a fantastic experience with Hackmann when ordering our decking material. We were doing the deck ourselves, but needed advice regarding how much and which materials to order. Keith Boal was helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend them for your decking needs.
